How do you currently feel about the state of Hip-hop in general?

Hip Hop is in a great place, the creativity has evolved into so many different great directions, there’s a little bit of everything for everyone and every mood. Hip hop is growing very fast and it’s going to continue to grow, Artists just need to learn how to adapt with the times.

How do you currently feel about the state of Hip-hop in general?

That’s such a hard question, but if I had to subtract it down to one person, I’ll have to go with a legacy act like Michael Jackson.

What do you want your legacy to be? How do you want to be remembered?

I never really made music and thought about legacy as yet, I just enjoy making music because I’m doing something I love to do and it helps me in so many different ways in life.

What’s your best advice for handling criticism?

You always have to listen to what people say in a field like this, but you have to read through the lines to see if they’re just saying it to say it or if it’s a thought out criticism. Then you can go back and reflect to make necessary adjustments or improvements. It’s always about progression to get better, and that’s in any aspect of life.

Who would you say inspired you the most, as an artist?

85% of my inspiration comes from life, I like making music about real things, it just feels more authentic and relatable. The other 15% is creativeness to make the music enjoyable. For me inspiration is everywhere, you can see a pen drop and make it connect to something about life.

What’s your latest release?

My latest album is call “The TRUTH Cost A Lot”. I’ve been working on it for a while, I’m super happy with the final outcome because my main goal for this album was giving it a universal sound, topic wise and sonically. I felt like it was done well.

What are you focusing your time on now?

I’m just living life right now as everyone else, as far as music I’m always writing down ideas whenever something comes to mind, that’s always the beginning process for me to start a project.

How would you describe the music that you typically create?

It’s just real, I’ve been through a lot of experiences, so there’s many things I can speak about, bad, good, ect. Some songs just take time to make, I just have to be in that comfortable space to talk about certain things.

What is the most trouble you’ve ever gotten into?

I rather not say lol, I wouldn’t say I get into trouble, let’s just say I’m a problem solver and leave it like that.
