Where most artists strive to replicate the same popular sound, Young Wyse is creating his own wave and unique style with his new single, “Alien.”
Young Wyse has been inking his family legacy in the music industry as the rising talent coming out of Wilmington, Delaware. Surrounded by music through his upbringing, he was privy to the art of DJing through his father, painting through his mother, and vocals blended with instruments through his grandfather. Having such a diverse range of sounds, Young Wyse held many perspectives on what made music timeless.
His path to being a multifaceted artist began as a producer inspired by the likes of Nipsey Hussle, Swiss Beats, Zaytoven, and DJ Khaled among others. As he developed his craft, his unique sense of music became obvious. Young Wyse was able to build beats entirely from scratch, mixing hints of soul and hip-hop with hard drums and original melodies. His philosophy is one that deters him from relying on samples for his music.
With his talent as a producer gaining traction, Young Wyse picked up the mic to display his skills as a rapper in order to boost his exposure and showcase his beats. Thus far, he has released three singles, “Barshow” featuring OunP, “Breathe” featuring Oschino and Mari, and “Summertime Vibe,” with the most recent being the new track, “Alien.” The single originated from his distinctive place in the music industry, one that is different from any other with a sound that is only unique to him. Self-produced without the use of any samples, Young Wyse created an exotic energetic vibe to a song that incorporates the lyrics “I am an Alien my skin filled with melanin” from his summer hit “Summertime Vibe.”
